Booking conditions
All tours should be booked in advance through the Tourist Information Centres above.
Please make sure that payments are received a minimum of three days before the tour because we cannot reserve places without this. Bookings can only be confirmed when full payment has been received. For security, we also need the names and addresses of all guests in the party and a contact telephone number. The Tourist Information Centres accept Mastercard/Visa credit cards and most debit cards for bookings.
Confirmation, which will be sent to you, will include the start time and directions on how to reach the house/garden. Please present your confirmation booking form to the owner when you arrive.
Because these properties are old and fragile, we unfortunately cannot include children under 14.
If you have to cancel a tour a refund will be offered, less an administration fee. Occasionally tours may be cancelled if the visitor numbers are too small. If this happens, we will refund the money in full or offer alternative dates.
The prices quoted are correct at the time of printing and all tour details are printed in good faith.
